Professional Integration Project (2-week internship minimum) and research (production of a dissertation) in L3.
The Sociology-Political Science LDD is based on the teachings of two bachelor's degrees, the bachelor's degree in sociology and the bachelor's degree in political science, and awards 240 ECTS credits. During the program, students address a variety of contemporary social and political issues (work, organizations, cities, the environment, economic life, political life, the functioning of the state, public policy, gender, political ideas, etc.). The program combines theoretical disciplinary knowledge with methodological knowledge. Students are trained in qualitative methods (interviews, observations) and quantitative methods (questionnaires) and data analysis. Additional introductory courses are offered (language, career discovery, etc.).

- Own theoretical knowledge of sociology and political science in various subfields.
- Understand social and political dynamics at the local, national, and international levels.
- Understand recent developments in the contemporary world (changes in work and employment, the rise of environmental issues, changes in state regulations, upheavals in the political arena, etc.).
- Acquire a critical and analytical mind with regard to transformations in the social and political world
- Design and conduct surveys using questionnaires, interviews, and observations
- Contribute to the production of original scientific knowledge on social and political phenomena
- Participate in project management and implementation.
- Assist in the design, management, and implementation of public policy.
- Conduct socio-political studies (quantitative and qualitative).
- Use the tools of academic research.
- Understand and discuss research conducted in English.

La LDD sélectionne des bacheliers et bachelières qui disposent d'une solide culture économique, sociale et politique (le suivi des matières sciences économiques et sociales et histoire-géographie, géopolitique et sciences politiques est fortement recommandé) ainsi que d'un très bon niveau rédactionnel et oral en français.
